David Myer

David is an Arizona Native and began his successful real estate career at the age of 22. A
lifelong learner, he studied Business and Management at Arizona State University,
Ottowa University and Arizona School of Real Estate and Business. He received his GRI
designation in real estate. He began his career in commercial real estate where his
analytical side was in heaven with all the number crunching and negotiating but it was
not totally fulfilling in his desire to make a difference in people’s lives. He was one of the
first Buyer Brokers in the state helping change forever the relationship between the buyer
and their real estate agent. He helped convert a rental locating company into a full service
Real Estate company where his passion educating, caring for and helping people plan for
their future enabled him to help those that never thought they would ever be able to own a
home and become part of the American Dream.
When the real estate market changed, David changed directions as well. Always looking
for the way to help the most people in need, he became the Acquisitions Manager for a
property management company as he saw the need to help all the home owners and
investors that were underwater and could not sell their homes and were looking for
direction. It was his great pleasure to use his experience to help those owners and
investors get through an unprecedented time in the real estate market.
It was during this time David was hit with a very serious and life threating illness that
kept him from being able to work for a few years. The journey fighting back to health
only has fueled his fire to make a difference in people’s lives and to get back to serving.
David believes every day is an opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life and he
is looking forward to using his vast experience to make a difference in yours.
David is married to his beautiful wife Nancy for 29 years and has a fantastic daughter
Alyssa that is 14.

was not able to work, he volunteered as leader for American Heritage Girls teaching 12-
18 year old girls to be strong. David currently Volunteers at Pure Heart Church and works
